The trustees will accept sealed bids until 3:00 PM, on March 27, 2020, at Lake Elementary School Office, 4672 County Road N, Orland, CA. 95963. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope marked “Freezer Bid”.The bids will be opened by the trustees and the one with the highest bid will be accepted. The freezer is offered for sale “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. The removal and pick up of this equipment is the responsibility of the highest bidder.
