This is Mr. Mothorn with the announcements for the week.
There is a school board meeting Tuesday 8/20 @ 3:15 in the staff room.
Bus routes will be finalized next week. If your student needs transportation, please register for bus service as soon as possible. You can visit our website to complete the registration process.
Parents, please fill out the emergency information in the parent portal if you have not done so yet. Please contact the office if you need help accessing it.
Grandparents Day will be September 6th. We will hold an assembly at 1:45PM in the cafeteria. Then from 2:00 to 2:55 grandparents are invited to visit their grandchild’s classroom in an open house format.
Reminder for Parents of SPARK students, students cannot miss more than 3 days a month without a valid excuse. Please communicate with the SPARK program if your student will miss the after school program.

This is Mr. Mothorn with a few announcements as we start the second week of school.
The first PTO meeting of the school year is this Tuesday 8/13 at 6pm.
The calendar we sent home had a typo, the school board meeting this month is 8/20 not 8/13.
Please turn in summer reading minutes. Over the summer a message came out to let you know the program Home Base would not print out reading minutes like in years past. We hope this didn't discourage you and you were able to write down summer reading minutes. Turn them in by this Friday. They can be written down on paper. Just make sure it has the total minutes read.
Thank you for being patient at pickup and drop off. Please continue to follow the flow into our school to pick up your child at the end of the day rather than having them leave campus to find you. Our intention is to get your child to your car in the safest manner possible.
This Wednesday is our first early release day of the year. School ends at 1:00PM on Wednesdays this year.
